JN wrote: This course was insightful. It has opened my eyes to areas I would not have known to look!
DT wrote: I appreciate the frank honest presentation of all material that was shared. IT gave a real representation of both the obstacles and successes possible
A challenging years for private practitioners is coming to a close – some practitioners may have opted to “lay low”, and wait for the bad economic times to pass, while others were more proactive, and hit the “reset” button. Regardless of what type of health care reform will be enacted, or how long the recession will last, one thing is certain: Healthcare is changing, and so are our patients. We are shifting from a health care referral system to a consumer choice system, as competition for healthcare dollars is increasing. My approach has never been to sit back and wonder what’s ahead, but instead anticipate the upcoming challenges and trends, and help therapists get ready for it. Here's to sharing ideas for today and insights for tomorrow.
I look forward to doing that with many of you in the new year!
Sincerely,

MS PT OTR, Director NYTHERAPYGUIDE
