This practice is looking for a Pediatric OT with 5 + years experience to provide clinical oversight of Sensory KIDS clinical staff, and work with clinic manager to oversee therapists’ administrative duties.  Responsibilities include supervising therapy staff,  and providing direct occupational therapy services using the STAR frame of reference to pediatric or adult clients to help them reach their maximum potential. The manager will supervise therapists on assessments, report write-ups, intervention, and clinical documentation, demonstrate excellence in using the STAR frame of reference to support individuals and their families, and communicate effectively with the director to relay therapy staff’s needs and concerns. This position requires clinical expertise in the following areas: sensory processing challenges, ADHD, learning difficulties, motor coordination difficulties, and other developmental, social-emotional and behavioral difficulties.
In addition, there is  potential for a partnership interest in the  practice for the ideal candidate.
